Another summer festival season starts to wane
Here comes Lake Genero over the Labor Day weekend. Causes me to reminisce about the first few times I went. With my granny cart filled with a fiddle, mando, and music books. Decided to leave the books home after a few cumbersome times, partly due to the inconvenience, but also because the more I listened and tried to play along, the more I discovered that I could play along. Not a special talent. Just like language immersion. OK, time to make my list and start to get stuff together. See you there or down the road.
