A new 'Make-Your-Own-Music' night once a month at the Old Songs building. Bring your Portland Collection or look on with a new friend. We'll pick some tunes to work on and grow the list each month. This will be a multi-skill group, so beginners are welcome as well as old hands who can help. Acoustic instruments of all kinds work in a contra band. Please help spread the word if you know of anyone who might be interested.
It would be nice to have some patient dancers and novice callers at some point to complete the experience. But, first we'll need a few months to get our momentum going.
A small donation covers the costs at the building.
Every second Wednesday, starting Sept. 11th.
